PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a generic project management framework suitable for managing ANY type of project in any industry. PRINCE2® is managed by AXELOS® (Owned by PEOPLECERT® ). It is established and proven best practice in project management. EPMC (World of Agile) is accredited training organisation by AXELOS & PEOPLECERT® for providing PRINCE2 training and conducting examination.

PRINCE2®’s stands for Projects in Controlled Environment.
PRINCE2® is a flexible Project management method that guides you through the essentials for managing successful projects, regardless of it’s scale & type.
It is built upon seven principles, themes and processes. PRINCE2® can be tailored to meet your project’s varied or specific requirements.
There are two levels of certifications for PRINCE2®:
Level 1 – PRINCE2® Foundation:
Level Foundation is designed for individuals who are new to PRINCE2 and are working in or around PRINCE2.
Level 2 – PRINCE2® Practitioner:
This level is designed for those who are already certified in either PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation levels.
PRINCE2 has 2 certification options:
PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER
PRINCE2® Practitioner Edition 6 is the second level of the examination and certification. Purpose of this certification is to assess Practitioners who have sufficient knowledge and understanding to implement and tailor the methodology in a range of different project environments and scenarios.

The PRINCE2® Agile certification blends the proven methodology of PRINCE2®, with the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile. - The purpose of the Prince2 Foundation qualification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 ® method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a Project Management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2 ® and PRINCE2 certification is very important for this. The Foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.
- This qualification is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects.
- There is no Pre-requisite for appearing for PRINCE2 foundation certifiation. Any one who wishes or wants to gain more understanding of PRINCE2 Concepts can opt for PRINCE2 Foundation Level certification.
- You can appear for Foundation Certifiation with 2 options as below:
- PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
- Or
- PRINCE2 Foundation 6th Edition
- The purpose of the Prince2 Practitioner qualification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2® in a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations. Their individual project management expertise, complexity of the project and the support provided for the use of PRINCE2® in their work environment will all be factors that impact what the Practitioner can achieve.
- This qualification is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: Project Board members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Business Change Analysts), Project Support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers/staff.
- PRINCE2 foundation certifiate (PRINCE2 Foundation 6th Edition or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation) is pre-requisite for Practitioner Exam.
- You can appear for Practitioner Certifiation with 2 options as below:

PRINCE2 Certification Training (Live Online and Classroom Mumbai ) is conducted by our faculty Archana Shinde who is PRINCE2 expert and has trained for more than 6 years on PRINCE2
- 27 hours classroom training covered over 3 full days. (currently converted as Live Online Sessions as below)

- Faculty Support Till you Pass your exam to guide you in your studies
- 90 day access to a comprehensive e-Learning access immediately on enrollment. It is optional to go thru the entire content before the training. However it is advised that you complete the e-Learning content before you come for the class. This will take you approximately 3-5 days to go thru the e-Learning content.
- This e-Learning access also contains Pre-Course training material access. The pre-course is simplistic content to get you acquainted. It is MANDATORY to go thru the pre-course training content before you come to the class. This will take you approximately 2 Hours.
- Course ware covering the entire syllabus of PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2®Practitioner exams. This course-ware is comprehensive and not just a powerpoint printout. You can retain our study material for later use as an option to the manual.

How to Maintain your PRINCE2® certification
PRINCE2® Practitioner certification is valid for a period of three years. There is set criteria which you need to follow in order to maintain the certification.
You can maintain your PRINCE2® Practitioner certification by 2 ways.
1. Re-sitting for the Practitioner examination
Your PRINCE2 Foundation certificate is valid for lifelong. But you need to renew practitioner certificate every 3 years. For that you need to take ONLY practitioner Exam.
2. Subscribing to AXELOS’s My PRINCE2:
Under this you need to meet the following criteria within three years to maintain your PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification:
- You need to subscribe to AXELOS’s My PRINCE2 program membership within three months of passing your Practitioner examination. There after you need to renew your subscription each year to remain subscribed for the three-year period.
- You will be awarded PRINCE2 digital badge.
- Maintain your PRINCE2 digital badge by recording 20 CPD points each year under the prescribed categories for the badge
- At end of 3rd year when you have active subscription + digital badge + 60 CPD points, your certificate will be renewed for next 3 years.
