There are various Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, DSDM and many others. Many organizations often use a tailored form of all these frameworks which cater to their unique needs.
It is also an misunderstanding that Agile is only used in IT industries. Infact, the rise of Agile has been from the Manufacturing and Automobile industries – especially from the Japanese world (Lean and Kanban).
Fascinating World of Agile is providing this platform to meet and discuss on various topics related to Agile, the different Agile methods across IT and NON-IT world.
This is also a unique platform where you can meet, learn and network with fellow Agilists from the local IT and NON-IT companies of Mumbai.
